It's been a long time since I've used this forum. Looking to find more support from people who have the same goals in mind. Starting over isn't easy but necessary. Gained 20 more lbs on top of the 30 I already needed to lose.. Keeping my motivation is difficult some days. Exercise when I'm tired before or after work is hard too.. Carrying 60 lbs more than I need is harder than anything I may be feeling so I'm Choosing my hard and knowing my WHY is what keeps me going. Hope we can learn, ...
