Introduction Text I know it is not a new statement. It's been said for thousands of years...ever since Eve turned to Adam and asked, "Does this fig leaf make me look chunky?" All kidding aside, I have never been what society, or even the medical profession for that matter, considers to be "thin." Turns out I don't have the correct body type for skinny, but even then I have always been overweight. I have always wanted to lose weight but I have never had the proper motivation. That, coupled with a work ethic that would disappoint a couch-locked stoner, has held me back for quite some time. Now I have a reason...a few reasons actually. With the help of friends, family, and Almighty God, I will beat this thing. So....to quote a very good friend of mine: "Let's verb this adjective noun!"

1) To get down to a healthy weight by Summer 2012. 2) To build some sort of muscle tone by Summer 2012. 3) To feel better about myself ASAP. 4) WORLD DOMINATION, BABY!
