    Got up this morning 5:15a and went to workout with my trainer at 6a. She forgot. Ugh...so I did elliptical for 30 minutes and strength training for 20 minutes. Thought about going home and jumping in bed for another hour. Glad I didn't. Went to work and home now relaxing. TGIF! emoticon Lets commit to a healthy weekend with exercise both days and healthy eating. emoticon

    Tomorrow's a new day. Plan your food for the day and stick to it. We all have slips. My food day was good but no exercise. I worked 2 jobs and just got home. Relaxing and then going to bed. Workout with my trainer 6am. TGIF
