    Thanks for noticing - I normally do eat breakfast; however, a friend of mine passed away on Sunday and I just have not much of an appetite - stomach is in knots. Probably not the ideal time to join this, eh?

    PS - just checked your tracker and if you want to lose the weight you had better start eating breakfast - you need to give your metabolism a fighting chance (I eat 1 bowl of cereal, 1 piece of fruit, 1 cup soy milk, 1 oz of either walnuts or almonds and 1 ounce of raisins for breakfast every day - gives me a well-balanced breakfast). YOU CAN DO THIS! Jenna

    Welcome to SparkPeople and to Calling All Vegetarians and Vegans. You sound like you are doing everything right - you can check out other peoples nutrition and fitness trackers by going to the bottom of their SparkPage. I didn't lose for a long time and then all of a sudden my body got the idea that I wasn't going to quit and I guess it just figured it had better co-operate. Have been losing ever since and have now met my goal (140 pounds gone bye bye). Ask any questions - most people will be more than happy to give you an answer or steer you in the right direction. Love yourself enough to not quit this journey as the end result is worth all the blood, the sweat, and the tears I shed during the process. Good Luck and enjoy! Jenna
