Introduction Text Been up n down w weight for years due to various reasons. I was in a good place till 6 years ago, having been diagnosed w major depressive disorder after my oldest son's death. Since changing Drs I've gotten to the point where I'm weaned off the meds. All is good n I feel great, like awakening from a coma. However, I've gained from menopause n the antidepressant. I went from just overweight to obese in three years! I had to do something. So, on April 2, 2018, day after Easter, I decided it was going to be my " resurrection" n knew that wanted to feel n look better. (When ur depressed u don't really care what u look like). I've been doing 30 minutes of cardio on a glider (love it--n very low impact) n counting calories daily. Want to lose around 50#. Hungry most of time but ive resigned myself to that fact. Very happy to have landed here--really like the app n comraderie.
