It is hard to believe that another year has gone by
since I have written. I am feeling hopeful that this time I will meet by goal by losing this weight by following the Eat to Live philosophy....instead of Living to Eat!

Could it really be a complete year since I've written. I am trying again to get back on track. It probably isn't a good time with the holidays approaching. I will consider myself successful if I track everything I eat. Good Luck me!

Thirty pounds down in 6 months...actually 4 1/2 as I have not lost any weight for the past 6 weeks. Harder to stay on track with the holidays . Tomorrow is a new year and I hope to meet my weight loss/ healthy lifestly change during this upcoming year. I am going to update my program and do my best to stick with it!

I am 50 now. Perhaps I should think of this as a new beginning. I have lost 20 pounds and would like to lose at least 70 more. Patience and consistentcy will be the key for my success. I really feel that over time I can succeed this time.

I am a 49 year old (almost 50...YIKES-how did that happen?) female living in southern NH. I have two college age children and a husband that I thoroughly enjoy (at least most of the time :-)

I am also a middle school social studies teacher. With the summer off, I am hopeful I can get my act together. I have allowed my weight to creep up until I can not stand it. I am hopeful that this time I will be successful in finding a healthy lifestyle that will last forever.

Here I am again...redoing my journey to weight loss. Let's hope that this can be the lifestyle change for the rest of my life....not just until I lose the weight....Goals:

I have worked exercising into my week now, but I haven't reached the point where I look forward to it or even want to exercise. I am walking about 6 miles a week (3 times for 2 miles) and using the Total Gym for 20 minutes 3x a week. Not much, but an improvement

I am starting with consistently keeping track of food eaten, but need to get serious with exercising. That is definitely a weakness for me!

Hi, I live in southern New Hampshire, along the seacoast. I have always lived in New England. The winters are getting harder to take, but fall and spring are beautiful seasons in this area :-)
