Hi - Spark People has been great for me!! And, I love the new SP Tracker!!!! I'm down 34# and on my way to losing 32# more!! Health has improved drastically as well as all my blood work!! No more diabetic meds for me!! Had to go shopping again yesterday to get some smaller clothes again - - gee, darn, huh? Love it! Thanks Spark People!! I am now 11# from my goal weight!!!! Yahoo!!

    Thanks for the comment on my blog, and letting me know that I am not alone in this journey. Sounds like you should make an appt with your endocrinologist and make yourself a priority. I'm not good about taking that step either, but once you do you'll feel better about taking care of yourself. Good Luck!!
