Hi - Spark People has been great for me!! And, I love the new SP Tracker!!!! I'm down 34# and on my way to losing 32# more!! Health has improved drastically as well as all my blood work!! No more diabetic meds for me!! Had to go shopping again yesterday to get some smaller clothes again - - gee, darn, huh? Love it! Thanks Spark People!! I am now 11# from my goal weight!!!! Yahoo!!

    I'm doing much better. My weight is up a bit and I'm working on that. I'm so sorry to hear about you and your DH's health. I wish you the best and I will be keeping you in my prayers. June has been very busy for me. 5 days here, 3 days home, 5 days there, 5 days home then a long drive to a graduation gala for my grandson. A semi=formal party. I think it's rather silly to spend that much money on a graduation party but it's not my money. LOL Anyway my health is good but I'm very tired and my Mom isn't doing well. I going to move in with her for about 3 days week and see if I can get things under control. It's a long story and I'm not going to go into it. Suffice it to say I think my nephew is taking advantage. Good health and happiness to you.
