Fitness Minutes: 10,273

My Goals:
Just going to take it day by day this time, minute by minute. If I fall down, I will just get back up.

My Program:
 Watch portions and dance every day to my favorite music. Also, sing more and practice breathing better.


Personal Information:
55 year old grandmother, mother, and wife.

Other Information:
 My favorite scripture is: Romans 8:38,39 which reads...For I am convinced that neiher death nor life nor angels nor governments nor things now here nor things to come nor powers nor height nor depth nor any other creation will be able to separate us from God's love that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
