One Bird at a Time


This is to remind me of "Bird by Bird" - by one of my favorite authors, Anne Lamott - a wonderful guide on writing and life. If only I could learn to follow it....

Now officially on my ___(fill in # here!)... try at Spark People. I know that SparkPeople WORKS - but it cannot if I don't. Hoping I realize that simply saying "restart" repeatedly never gets you to your goal.

Can we say "Extreme Makeover - Life Edition!"

 Lung cancer advocate, who is tired of the stigma surrounding the disease. I was as ill informed as anyone - until my nonsmoking husband was diagnosed. Let's stop the blame - no one deserves lung cancer!
