The flowers and blossoms are filling the air with the smells of Spring. This is the time to start preparing for the Summer. Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of June. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.

My aunt's dryer once caught on fire, and she called the fire department!!!
Actually, I had an outlet that caught on fire once! Freaked me out - and it was the refrigerator's outlet!!! My landlord "fixed" it by running a huge heavy duty outdoor extension cord out of their window, down the wall, and into my kitchen (through the window) so I could use the fridge! Used it that way for another year or two - it was pretty weird, but it worked. 915 days ago

Hi - and yes, I'm still doing my ST, every morning. I have three different routines, a different one depending on the day of the week.
