The Starting of A Brand New Day


I am a 25 year old married female with weight issues since I came out of the womb. Our family has grieved, celebrated, and relaxed with food for as long as I can remember, and I am looking to change my life and break the generational curse!

My Goals:
I would really like to lose 70 pounds comfortably, and be able to maintain. I would also like to establish my new lifestyle before having children, so they don't have to struggle like I did.

My Program:
 I am keeping my caloric intake between 1,200-1,500 calories...or at least trying. I am also tracking my intake, as well as doing some type of excercise everyday.

    I'm dog lover and they're just so cute We have a dog too, his name is Sam...he's so cute and very jealous now that David and Robert are here he's really jealous, because before he used to get all of our attention...he's getting better though.
