    Hi John, you asked why I was in pain.. I sometimes do a home workouts when my gym is closed. I was waiting on the christmas duck to be done, so give myself to do a workout. I had to move my pull up bar from my terrace door as it is -7 degrees frost and I don't like doing pull ups near plate glass.. The bar worked fine when I used it for a earlier workout in my hallway and suddenly slipped when I lifted myself mid air.. I landed on my on my tail bone and hit my back on the small step I used to reach my pull up bar..
    The good news is I don't suffer brittle bones- I am bruised horribly but my old sport injuries hold hands faithfully according to emergency rooms huge x ray machine.. The doctor called me a rubber tarzan- most other people would have ended in a wheel chair.. My strength training saved me..

    Thank you for reading my latest blog. I agree with the person before me you look amazing well done on all your efforts! I was intrigued by your comment - "stay the course." I thought well does that mean, don't divide your attention & focus on one thing at a time? But I can tell you now all the things I've found on Sparkpages are helping me big time to organize & focus on getting myself back on track. First is the spiritual side & everything else follows!
