Thanks for visiting my blog. What do you mean by enjoying "SP menu"?
I had problems with my leg really swelling during my ten day trip but it's back to normal now so I need to do more exercising. I'm on vacation this week so want to get some things done in my house. Blessings to you while you wait for your visas.

Hi, I just read your comment on Pinkhope's blog concerning the SPAT and wearing it in the water. My primary method of exercise is water aerobics and water jogging. I am very pleased with what it records. I do 2 hours of constant uninterrupted aerobics and then a straight hour of jogging 3x a week. The first time I wore it, I was not pleased. But I had it clipped to my swimsuit strap sideways. It was suggested I clip it on the front neck with the clip directed straight down. Every track was accurate within just a few minutes after that. It does not recognize a lot of activities, including water aerobics and jogging. So I reclassify the type of activity.

I have worn a pedometer for many years and found so many of them to be very inaccurate. I tested 4 at one time and found the Omron to be the most accurate, second the Sportsline. TONTO (the Spark tracker) and LONE RANGER (the Omron) are pretty close. The difference is due to LONE RANGER counting every single step and TONTO is set up to count differently. I highly recommend the SPAT for water aerobics and water jogging.
