My goal is to balance my life with better healthy eating habits and exercise, as well as living my life with simplicity and grace.
I was diagnosed with breast cancer on May 26th, 2010. I had a lumpectomy on my birthday, June 8th ( I gave myself the gift of life) and received my birthday wish of no nodes!! I finished radiation treatments (33) on August 25th, had a full hysterectomy on September 17th. I will start hormone therapy soon.
I cherish each day and all its beauty....I took back my life the day I was diagnosed and I am not looking back but forward...appreciating all that is to come my way!!

Thank you for replying. I am having trouble keeping my head in the game-no matter what the reasons are that I should be doing it for...I wish I could just keep my willpower throughout the entire time that it takes to lose weight, but I guess we all go thru that...I just need to get back to doing what I was doing I guess..If there is anything I can do to prevent the cancer from coming back, then that should be a force in itself!!
