    Oh no! That's alright we all have our cheat days. Maybe you can replace them sweets with some veggies. But I'm okay im coming down with a cold not having much of an appetite but trying to force myself to eat. Good luck with your exam too

    Thats actually really good though! I know sodas can be so tempting. I found that sparkling water with a bit of juice at first, and then with just lemon really helps cut the sweet drinks craving. Today has been a really active day for me, so I am feeling good. I have been trying to just listen to my body and only eat as much as I need.Trying to create my own meal plan as well. I am thinking of starting to weigh my food as well to give me a better idea of what I need to be eating and help stop overeating. How has your day been?

    Hey!! How was your day?? (No more oreo truffles?) My boyfriend got loads of chocolate for Christmas, and we still have a whole box left!! Haha, its hard to watch him enjoy it, but I just drink tea! :) hope your day was good!
