SUCCESS IN 2019
I am a part of the Shooting Stars team for the Summer Challenge. My goal is to lose my 5%. I have not had success at this but am going to make it this time … one step at a time.
Thinking positive and changing the negative to positive.
Working on 12,000 steps now but will be adding to this to at least 15000 before the challenge is completed
Track all my food … Track my steps... This keeps me accountable to myself.
Exhibit healthy nutrition.

    thanks for the comment on my blog. i honestly beginning to think it is a bladder or kidney infection. the urge to run to the ladies room every little bit along with pain in the lower back. i seriously believe that was the cause of the high fever and chills. i am taking azo along with the antibiotics. so far i have had no symptoms in my nose or throat. only the dryness in my chest. i will update if things change. thanks again for the feedback.
