    Thanks for the advice & encouragement. (Of course, your first marathon time was my goal... which I missed by over 30 minutes...)
    Anywho, I haven't signed up for my next race, & your post made me realize that I really need to sign up for something.
    I'm planning on a half marathon in October, and some 5k's & 5 milers & 10 k's this summer, .. but I've been dragging my feet signing up. I don't plan to do another full marathon until next spring.
    I think I'll look them up on my lunch break today. Thanks. :o)

    Welcome to the team. I hope you're right about the Super Bowl. I'm anxious to see that 3-4 Defence. I have no clue what it is. Maybe you can start a thread on the team page and tell us how it works.

    Sounds like your from my neck of the woods....

    Love your race schedule! May steal some of those. Didn't know there was a marathon in Kenosha....I was planning on doing one in LaCrosse next May. If that one doesn't pan out, I'll look into the Wisconsin Marathon.

    I'm new to the longer distance running but am finding it to be a thrill. NEVER thought I could manage anything over a 5k. Next on my race schedule: 10 miles in the Lighthouse Run - Racine, WI - June 20.

    Your losing by leaps and bounds, maybe a little to fast. My suggestion is to slow down and thereby keep it off permanently. This is a lifestyle change not a diet which is temporary. emoticon emoticon
