    Cathe's workouts can be very extreme to say the least! They're not only a great physical workout, but also a mental one too! Check out her site, they have 8-10 minute video clips of all of her DVDs. I own about 95% of them and they are good! I'm just working my way back up to doing her though...she's tough!
