Winter Exercise commitment: I will complete intentional exercise at least 4 times a week with an aim of at least one day outside to get some sunshine, weather permitting (and daylight!)

Spark on baby! It keeps me moving and motivated.
Need to keep/get myself in shape!

My Goals:
I, will loose weight by eating a healthy diet (most of the time, lol) and tracking my food and exercise daily.

My Program:
Started tracking with WW, needed to mix things up a bit and start thinking about it instead of tracking on autopilot - so far so good!

I plan, or try to plan, healthy meals for the week.

Working on eating a sensible healthy diet, well balanced and calorie controlled. Avoiding sweets and processed foods.

Personal Information:
I live in Connecticut with my husband. I have three boys. My oldest, 23 is married and my two other boys live with me. They are 18 and 20.

Other Information:
I have an old, senile Boston Terrier, Mouse, who is 13. We adopted her when she was 10 - her other momma was going into a nursing home and she had no where to go. I also have two black cats. Felix is long hair and Armando is short hair.

I love to read. I have a Kindle Fire and I love it! Free books are great!
