Hey Spark People! I'm Jackie. I'm 27, been married 4 years, and now a full time grad student. My husband and I were missionaries in Poland for two years and during that time I lost 20 lbs, ate better, and felt better about life. Since we've moved back the pounds moved back too. I'm determined to get back to that healthier, happier lifestyle.

My Goals:
*Drink less Coke
*Eat fewer sweets
*Eat more fruit & veggies
*Exercise at least 3x's a week
*Drink at least 2 cups of water a day

My Program:
I drink at least two cups of water a day (which is big because I HATE water!). I exercise at least 3x's a week...normally twice on campus and the rest on the Wii. I'm trying to eat smaller portions and choose healthier snacks.

Personal Information:
I love what I'm doing, being a full time student in a clinical psychology program is emotionally, mentally, physically, and spiritually draining. This is one of my outlets! I love life, I love my family, my friends, and I love the Lord. :) I'm counting on all of the above to get me through the next year and a half!

Other Information:
"For Attractive lips, speak words of kindness, For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people, For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry, For Beautiful hair, let a child run their fingers through it once a day, For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself and the other for helping others."
— Audrey Hepburn

Friendship is born at that moment when one person says to another: "What! You too? I thought I was the only one."
— C.S. Lewis

"An individual has not started living until he can rise above the narrow confines of his individualistic concerns to the broader concerns of all humanity. "
~ MLK Jr.
