Introduction Text I hope that this upcoming year will bring some degree of normalcy to the country and the world. On a personal level, I hope that this is the year that I finally achieve my goals, if only some small ones. More later on this.

Weigh less than 200 lbs. - achieved 4/20/2008 Weigh less than 190 lbs. - achieved 5/20/2012 but need to achieve again Weigh less than 180 lbs. - "Do" a 5K - achieved 4/28/2012

- Follow the nutrition guidelines outlined by SparkPeople - Work out at the health club - 3-4 days per week

I have lived in Northern NJ for most of my life. I have two great kids, a 35 year old daughter (attorney and Ironman tri-athlete) and a 32 year old son who is an assistant basketball coach at a local high school. I have also been married to the same guy for 43 years.

I work as a technical writer, currently at a major US bank. I absolutely love it!! It started as a remote position even before the pandemic, so I have been able to continue working. It is contract work, and unfortunately I do not expect the contract to last past September 2021 (possibly end sooner). So I will be looking for work again.
