Hi, I am 39, work full time and a mother of 4 pre-teens/teens.
Since I've quit smoking, I've gained more and more weight, I feel tired all the time and sometimes feel depressed/useless. I am an emotional eater - eat when sad/stressed/happy even to celebrate weight loss. FFS!

Here I am looking for support group while working on myself.
Sharing our good and bad days, being accountable.
