    Hello!

Thanks for adding me as a spark friend. I'm sorry I took so long to acknowledge it but I had taken sometime away from spark because I was spending to much time on it.

I would like to invite you to join a team called The Right Path: Jesus. We are a Christian team but we welcome all sparkers. I just recently became a leader on this team and I'll need to watch how much time I'm on spark again, but it is such a great team with compassionate and caring members who really try to help one another that I just couldn't say no when another leader asked me to help. Also I strongly felt the Lord telling me I needed to become a leader.

Please check out the team and I look forward to hearing from you!

I receive much wise counsel through the Holy Bible. Scripture is full of wisdom for all, whether they are a believer or not. Here is the wisdom I receive today as I prepare for April's focus on developing a willingness that makes me able to succeed:

Isaiah advises us, "For thus the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, has said, 'In repentance and rest you will be saved, In quietness and trust is your strength.' But you were not willing" ~ Isaiah 30:15.

We miss out on good things in life when we are unwilling to cooperate in doing what is needful for achieving the good we desire. God through Isaiah tells us that our consenting to cooperate with laws, rules, guidelines, etc., leads to our eating "the best of the land" (Isaiah 1:18-20). Willingness to do what we must for what we want is a necessary mindset for overcoming temptation and the failure to achieve. Develop a willingness to do what it takes within the boundaries of what is good, right, and true, and you will go far in life.

"If anyone is willing to do His will, he will know of the teaching, whether it is of God or whether I speak from Myself" ~ John 7:17.
