My name is Jen. I am 26 and married to my wonderful husband Anthony. My husband and I had our first baby on March 4, 2010. His name is Anthony "AJ" Luigi, Jr. I have always been on a weight loss rollercoaster and I am ready to get off this crazy ride!! I want to lose this weight forever and never let it return!!

Ok so maybe I didn't lose all my unwanted weight by my son's 1st birthday (which is this coming March), but that doesn't mean I'm done fighting this weight off.... I admit I've gone a little off course, but that was the LAST time! This weight will be off by 2012!! I have an entire 11 months -- more than enough time!!! Watch out, HOT MAMA coming through!!!!

My advice to ANY parent is simple, just make your child/children your motivation. Even though my son is less than one years old I still made a promise to him that I'd do this for him so whenever I think of cheating and "binge eating" or even taking a bite of something I shouldn't, I think of breaking a promise to him and that'd be devastating to me! And it's been working really well for me!!!

My Program:
I am doing Jillian Michaels' Banish Fat Boost Metabolism DVD and loving every minute of it!!! SUCH a huge challenge!!! =)

Also, balancing my diet with the SP Food Tracker is a HUGE help as well! This is the BEST way to lose weight and get in shape, not to mention it's FREE!!! :)

I keep looking at my "skinny" pictures and it makes me want to be there again....let me tell you, THIS WORKS!!!

    GREAT JOB!! I had my little girl Zoey on March 4th 2010 I left the hospital weighing 180 now I am 165 and working to reach 125... I went walking today, road my bike for 10 mins and did a short workout... I am really ready to get this weight off!! emoticon

    Tried the pilates dvd. It is broke up into 5 ten minute sessions. I made it through 2.5 before I collapsed! haha You would think after doing Jillian you could do any of these workouts fairly well. Guess not! haha But I never did have much muscle strength. Other than me not being able to do it very well right now, I did enjoy it. It was a change, and I can see it being a tool for me to use to get stronger and more flexible. Are you doing any exercises at all since your foot is hurt? You could probably use hand weights or a weighted ball or bands. I read somewhere that after 3 days of not working out that your muscles begin to become as they were before you started to workout. There should be exercise videos on spark you could use while your getting well. Just a thought! We have worked to hard to get where we are now! haha Have a good evening!!

    Sorry about your foot. Hope it feels better soon. Nothing like an agravating body part to slow ya down. haha I had a bout with kidney stones a while back. I was not happy! haha I found a new dvd today. I got it for a dollar! It was still in the package to. It is pilates though. I have never done any of this kind of exercise. But for a dollar I thought I could give it a try. I am trying level 3 again. Some of these moves kinda hurt me!!! haha Well I better get to exercising! I will let you know about my new pilates dvd! haha
