My Goals:
My goal is to start exercising on a regular basis and drink more water daily. I am just looking to lose 100 pounds at first and then go from there.

My Program:
 I have been walking everyday at work on breaks and lunch. My days off I have been walking up mt. Rubidoux. Keeping my calorie intake to around 1200 daily.
