    Thanks! I've found that starting out with short strength training activities that use little or no equipment has been working for me. I'll add weight, do lengthier workouts and maybe do more challenging ones with time.

    I'm very motivated, and it sounds like you are, too! Way to go!! My friends and family have all been surprised and impressed!

    Good Morning! I just signed in for my 30th day (where has the time gone?!?), so I know you have already been here over a month. Congrats on the consistency!! emoticon

    Like you, I find the challenges to be very motivating, and I have learned a lot from trying the things suggested. My next area of opportunity is to develop a strength training program. I see you on my friend feed tracking great stuff emoticon
    Hopefully I can report some improvement by the next check in with you-- you have "sparked" me as they say to get moving in that important area of fitness....So, thank you!

    Have a wonderful week- we are both very blessed to have started early enough this year to head into Spring with some health wins under our belts! We can definitely do this :)

    Thanks so much for touching base with me. I'm feeling encouraged by the improvements I'm seeing and by all of the nice people who are reaching out to me, but I'm still a bit overwhelmed by all that there is on this site and how to best use/navigate it. I have a little daily SP routine that I follow, basically using the trackers to help me see what I'm doing and how it all fits together. I also try to complete the daily challenges and do some of the other activities that earn points. I'm not doing as much reaching out to others right now, but I hope to change that.
