    Hello. Sorry I haven't replied sooner. For the brown rice with salsa, I follow my PC recommendations for water to rice ratio, but replace about 1/3 to 1/2 of the water with salsa. It all depends on the type of salsa I am using. A really chunky salsa doesn't have a much liquid, so less salsa, more water. Also, I only use medium grain (Calrose) rice (Hawaii girl here, grew up eating Japanese style rice) so not sure if long grain would make a difference.

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl.
