    May I ask if you got some kind of welcome from the Living Binge Free team? I"m the leader and have a setting that welcomes newcomers automatically, but I'm not sure it's working.

    Stopping bingeing is almost never easy but different people have different experiences. However, statistically, few people stop cold turkey. Most reduce the amount eaten and the frequency, and not usually in a straight line. The important thing is that you can be making progress even if you binge. Every hour binge free (at first) and every day is a victory- especially on the hard days.

    Which is not to say you might not be one of the people who stop and never look back. There is just no way to predict it. But don't let that stop you from aiming for a reasonable schedule of good meals to support your daily living. That's what it's going to boil down to in the end.

    We have a small, but dedicated group of participants. I hope you'll come check us out .We've been going strong for over nine years and have several people who have kept off sizable amounts of weight.

    It’s cold outside, but Spring is coming! Are you ready to join a Challenge? The Biggest Loser Challenge is looking for members for it’s next Challenge starting the first week of March. The challenge consists of 11 Teams, that participate in 10 weeks of Nutritional and Fitness Challenges. These challenges can be modified to fit individual needs, allowing members of all abilities and dietary needs to participate.
