I agree with laundry being evil. I finally devised a plan that works as long as I actually go down to the laundry room. I have a radio that hooks to my iPod, so I listen to that and stay in the laundry room instead of watching tv and getting comfy and stopping. I couldn't imagine trying to keep up with a 6 person house, so my hat's off to you on that one. Oh and yay! Another crafter! 2995 days ago

I am at 181 now. Started at 228. I've done it mostly by eating just 10 to 20 carbs a day. So in a nutshell, mostly protein in the form of fish, chicken and beef. Light on the beef but yes I have a hamburger once in a while. I adjusted to eating no veggies and fruits quickly as the lbs drifted off me. I do take a slew of vitamins and supplements. The only habit I've not been able to break is I have a diet coke morning and night. It used to be the only thing I drank, so I'm making progress. 3000 days ago
