I am a single mom struggling with weight issues, but I try hard to stay motivated and energetic to improve my health so that I will be on this earth for years to come so that I can continue to witness the amazing journey that my son is creating for himself. My son is my absolute anchor in this life.

The last 18 months has been life changing for me as I have made great progress in my health journey, but I still have a ways to go and am loving SP as my help with motivation, accountability, and encouragement.

As I continue my journey my current focus is continuing with my low carb/keto way of eating to help me reach my new weight goal, but to also really focus on how to tone the body that I have.

My Goals:
2020 goals still remaining:

- Be at goal weight of 140 by Christmas 2020 - oh so close.... but goal not quite met. Finished 2020 at 141.8.... but my new goal is to be at between 130 and 135 at minimum but if I am able to get lower than that it would be great.

New Goals for 2021:
- Lose 12 pounds minimum to get to 130
- Tone and build muscle
- Complete a round of 75 hard

My Program:
I have focused on eating healthy by eating fresh food and not processed food 95% of the time. I have cut out all sodas, breads, and sugars. Basically low carb/Keto mixed with intermittent fasting. I have been following this way of life over the last 18 months (soon to be a full 19 months come Jan. 6, 2021)

Personal Information:
I am a single mom with one kiddo. We share our home with our 15 year old black lab named Snowflake, and a brindled 3 year old Pit Bull/Boxer named Hashbrown.

Other Information:
I look forward to continue meeting new people as I continue on my journey to learn new ways to improve my health. We learn so much from each and every person we come across as long as we keep our mind open to new ideas.
