Introduction Text This is a new year, 2010 has many possibilities to offer and so what better way to start then changing my body back to the way it was when I was in my 20's. Looking Sexy and Fierce !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a single mother with two beautiful children. Who are the true loves of my life. However my son was recently diagnosed with ADHD, PDD and SENSORY PROCESSING DISORDERS this year, and so therefore my journey will more than a physical one, it will be an emotional one as well. Where I know from firsthand experiences that I have to be strong enough to battle all these factors and life changes one day at a time. But I believe in the power of prayer and I know that I am where I am supposed to be today. God will guide my footsteps and heal my son and make me the best mother I can be to my children. My children are a blessing and a miracle no matter what hardships in life I may have to deal with. Just take a look at their little faces and see what I am saying, they are just beautiful, incredible and most importantly I am their number one fan !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That is why without them none of this would be possible for me, I am seriously trying to get in shape to enjoy the rest of my life first and foremost with my two best friends (my kids). Mommy Loves you so so much, you are my heart and soul. XOXOXOXOXOXOXOXOXO Secondly, I would like to feel healthier and look healthier. To develop that self confidence that makes you smile in the morning and makes you feel blessed that you are alive each night. So all I can say, "Is each day is a new day for changes to make it right and if we stumble, it's okay as well". Just pick yourself up with your head up high and know that hard work and determination brings true results and our final product, true happiness with ourselves. KEEPING IT REAL, THIS IS ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My reality is that I am a courageous woman in my mid 30's, no longer in my roaring 20's, and certainly not in my carefree fabulously looking teens. The culprit is the never ending changes of what I like to call gravity who has robbed me of my youthful body and prevented me from fitting into that pair of skinny jeans. And then there is the demands of motherhood, which can be challenging and a blessing all mixed up into one. It is here in my weakest and lowest points that I lay exhausted and say to myself, "Boy is this mommy so very very done". And as time passes me by and I begin to mentally recharge myself and allow prayer to heal. My two angels faces come into my mind and the true love of being a mother I let myself feel. They are my true purpose in this life; they are my walk in this destiny and they both live within this heart and soul. And not a moment goes by that I don't feel their presence inside because I am truly blessed that we have been made so perfectly and completely whole. It is because of our children that we choose to enter into this struggle now and walk in this weight-loss fight. To reclaim ourselves and what was stolen once more and to be a positive guidance and an inspirational light. So ladies, just when you are at your darkest and your mind and body tells you that you can't continue anymore and to just quit. Remember your children's little faces when they tell you, "Mommy it's okay, you're so very perfect", even still when you are working at getting your new body fit. I hope this poem that I have written brings reality and encouragement? For nothing worthwhile comes easy and anything good comes with true perseverance! To all you strong and beautiful ladies out there, take a bow and applaud yourselves because I believe that one day the NEW YOU will arrive !!!!!!!!!!!! BLESSINGS AND A MILLION ENCOURAGEMENTS ALONG THE WAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My goal is to learn from this program and from reading everyone's success stories and motivational words, not only to lose my goal weight, but to teach myself how to live a healthier and smarter life style and pass on the information or tips that I may have picked up to anyone in need of encouragement or support. I plan on logging into SP on a daily basis and using the nutritional site to track my food choices. Secondly, I plan to start using the Wii Fit every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday most likely with my daugther Jazzy because she will have to show me how to use it. LOL I will like to perhaps do 30 minutes of Cardio, Yoga, Aroebics, or any form of movement exercise to burn calories. My Weigh In day will be every Saturday ! WISH ME LUCK !!!!!!!!!!!!
