I Am Doing This!
I am starting this process again, getting ready to turn 40, and looking forward to the upcoming year. I want to have a positive outlook and keep moving forward each day. I hope to connect with others and enjoy the journey together.
Update--(2/26/16)--I've been faithfully logging food and exercising for 91 days! That seems crazy and wonderful at the same time. My body is changing more than the scale is dropping, but I am learning to accept that. Going to keep moving forward!

To continue exercising.
To become a healthier me.
To look into becoming a certified yoga and or Pilates instructor...this is my crazy goal at the moment!
My Program:
I am a vegetarian. I track and do some type of exercise everyday. I do not always feel like doing it, but that is when I need to do it the most. I am getting stronger both physically and emotionally.

I am a wife, mother, and teacher from New Hampshire. I am looking forward to the new year and all the adventures it may hold.
