    Hi, Jane. Tallygirl5 (Bronco's fan) here. I'm slow about reading my own page so just got your note. I've been living in Tallahassee for 15+ years now, grew up in Seahawks territory. Know what you mean about team colors. This is Noles country and I'd get ribbed for wearing Gator colors. Had to explain "no, it's Denver Broncos colors!". Congratulations on your upcoming retirement!

    Thanks for stopping by my page!! Yes...I like my 5 pound countdown too. It is hard to stay motivated if you concentrate on the ENTIRE amount you have to lose. 5 pounds seems doable to me!

    Were you really 126 in 3rd grade? I was 110 in 5th grade, a head taller and 30 pounds heavier than anyone in my class. It was very difficult for self image. Sounds like you had it even rougher. Take care.

    SparkStreaks are a great way to overcome discouragement. Set a goal to achieve something no too hard - exercise 10 minutes per day for a week or eat 5 servings of fruits and veggies - and then do it! Celebrate success. You'll be on your way!! I'm having the kind of week where I have to remind myself of the basics and this is a good one. Best wishes!
