    Hi there, I noticed on your huddle that you needed support...just take it one day at a time - we're all in this together. Do whatever works for you...count calories, exercise...start small and work your way up. I started back a few weeks ago after falling off the wagon big time! I'm starting really slowly...counting my calories daily and doing 100 crunches per day along with 20-30 minutes of activity - whether it's grocery shopping, walking, cleaning house, laundry, etc. - just as long as I do something! So far it's been working. Just remember that the best thing about SparkPeople is the people - we are hear to support you & each other - so reach out when you need a little encouragement!     Thanks for checking back with me. It looks like you haven't been here much longer than I have. My first weigh inis in a couple of days and I gotta tell you that it is hard not getting on that scale a day early. By the way, the blonde hair looks nice but the dark brown curly locks are beautiful.
