Introduction Text Retired and loving it. Now I have time to focus on my goals. I am a Mom of 3 - all married and I have 5 grandkids including 5 year old twins. My goal is to have a long and healthy retirement and losing the extra weight is a big part of this. I am following Bright Line Eating.

To make it back to my WW Lifetime goal and go 5 - 10 pounds lower.

Following Bright Line Eating. No sugar, no flour, eat 3 meals (no snacks), weigh and measure everything. Eat whole foods, cook from scratch and use as little processed foods as possible.
