Hi Sparkers!

I'm Jaime, a wife, and mother of 2 busy boys. I'm 31 years old and live in beautiful British Columbia. I've been obsessed with the number on the scale since high school. I'm really trying to focus on health and happiness rather than some silly number that just makes me feel bad:)

The goals I'm currently focusing on:

5-10 servings of F&V everyday
making the time to excersise 3-5 days per week

Raising children and working full time can be quite a juggle, it's easy to push working out and eating right to the side. But to be the best mother and wife I can be I must make myself a priority too:)

    Hi, I have a lot of tae bo workouts. Just recently I bought amped but my all time faves are the 2 Get Ripped advanced workouts. I love them. Which one's do you like the best?

    Turbo jam is awesome! It is a little pricey but I would not trade them for anything. They are similar to tae bo but a little more dancy but still a lot of kicking, punching, twisting, and I love the instructor. I alternate tae bo and turbo jam for variety.
