Introduction Text 47 yr old, wife, mother of 3 grown sons, & grandmother of 4. Living & Loving life!

Started @ 220 (1-27-11) @ 175 (6-24-11) @ 172 (7-12-11) @ 170 (7-17-11) @ 165 (7-25-11) @ 160 (10-14-11) @ 156 (11-1-11) @ 152(11-11-11) goal to loose 12 more lbs. by 12/25/11 My goal 140lbs. Then I will set a new goal of 10 lbs.

exercise 6 days a week sometimes 7 days a week. i love the leslie sansons walk away the lbs. dvds. i do 5 miles around stone mountain, aleast 5 days a week.

i live in stone mountain ga. born & raised in metro atlanta. 44 yrs old, wife, mother of 3 sons (all grown), grandmother of 2 (boy & girl). never had a weight issue before. 80 lbs. just came out of no where within the last 4 yrs.
