Update: 1/7/19 Back for the 3rd and Last time. This time I will do it. I am now prediabetic and 50 years old. Creating healthier habits, 1 day at a time.

I need to lose weight for my health. My family is worried about me and so am I. I want to be alive to enjoy grandchildren someday. I first joined Spark People in 2012, when I was out of work and had plenty of time to exercise and prepare healthy meals. After losing 65 pounds I started working full time again and fell back into all my old unhealthy habits. After being MIA for 2 years and gaining everything back, I am back to start again. This time, I will develop healthy habits, while working full time and I will make them stick. I can do it. I MUST do it.

My Goals:
Exercise 5 days a week.
Strength training 3 days a week.
Make healthier food choices.
Find healthier alternatives for comfort food.
Bring my weight below 200.

My Program:
Exercise a minimum of 10 minutes, 5 days a week.
Strength train 3 days a week.
Make healthier snack choices.
Drink at least 8 servings of water daily.
Log in to Spark daily.

Personal Information:
I am currently a preschool teacher. I have been married since 1990 and have 2 incredible children. I lost 60 pounds with Spark people in 2012 and plan to do it again. My body did not hurt like this, when I was 60 pounds lighter.

Other Information:
I title my page "Queen of Best Intentions" because that is me to a tee. I used to buy many different diet pills to try, exercise items, etc. with every intention of using them, but I don't or give up very quickly.
