Introduction Text Me in a nutshell- First- I am a Christian Super Crazy for Jesus who is my foundation for all I do. Second and important to know is that I am a Video game nut. Those two things mingled with the Nintendo Wii (for 70 weeks in a row with EASA2 now) and also running (completed C25K and B210K) has got me all fired up to get fit and healthy. I plan on doing this for along time. I believe this can be fun and challenging at the same time and I would not want it anyother way. LETS GET IT ON!!! My Journey towards this life of health and fitness has, I believe, stemed alot from my enjoyment of video games and computers. I began with the Atari 2600, Atari 7800, Commodore 64C, Nintendo, Sega, etc. I have played a lot of games. Then a couple of years ago for Christmas my sister, knowing that I enjoy the video games, gifted me with the Nintendo Wii, it is a video game console after all. I was so shocked that I was speechless. After that I had no Idea I was going to get into the health and fitness routine. Now, my life has not been totally in from of games. I enjoy Tennis, Bowling, Golf, and other active games. I suppose that is why I am not morbidly obese, but according to the Wii Fit I was obese. On April 5th of 2011 my wife and I got the Wii Fit Plus, then eventually we got EASA2. The Wii fit Plus now says I am overweight which is better than obese, but I still want to go a little lower with the weight if I can. So I started with the walking, then I continued with Wii Fit Plus, then I gradually worked my way into the EASA2 program. At this point in my journey I am feeling way better, tired, but better. I can almost touch my toes like I was able to do in grade school. So now I am glad I could be apart of this group to be motivate and be motivated. Thanks all.

Current goals: Continue walking 12,000 - 13,000 steps a day. My big goals in 2014: 1st Tri in June and 2nd HM in Oct. Other Goals: Be able to do 5 pull-ups and chin-ups... so far can only do about half of one.

For cardio/strenght training have been using: EA Sports Active 2 and NFL Training Camp. Trying to increase my monthly running distance.

Why I Want To Get In Shape I want to get in shape so I can help my parents, my wife and others when they need me and not feel so worn out when I do it. And also for myself. My Inspirations •Jesus is the reason •My wife •Parents •and overall health in mind and body
