My whole life has been fighting this battle. Up and down, up and down .. I think I've tried every diet, read every book, and now I'm going to be 55, and I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I want to feel better about myself. It's easy to say, hard to do.

I'm now a Grandma, and would like to live to see my grand-kids grow up, and not be a burden because of bad health. I want to participate in life.

Seeing my photo from July 1987, when I was at my thinnest, and my fittest .. I loved walking .. for miles. I want to get back there .. I know I can't get the age back, or all those wasted years .. but I can get in better shape and be healthier.

I've always been the one taking the pictures of my family .. now I'm going to have pictures taken of me as I progress on my journey. Soooo ... feel free to browse thru my photos ... see my transformation.

My Goals:
Day by day. Trying to eat healthy, get moving and lose the weight slowly, so I can maintain a healthy weight when I reach my goal. I'm not going to "crazy-obsessive" on my daily journey ... but the plan for the rest of my life is

My Program:
Dr Oz 2 week rapid weight loss ..logging everything / every bite I eat .. trying to walk or get some cardo exercise every day. Building up slowly so I don't hurt.

Personal Information:
SE Wisconsin, like to fish, do computer graphic family projects

Other Information:
I like taking pictures of my family .. telling stories about things my kids and grandkids do.

    Are you interested in a Challenge?

    The Biggest Loser goes for 10 weeks. It consists of 10 teams participating in weekly Fitness and Nutrition challenges. The Spring challenge will be getting started the beginning of March. It consists of fitness and nutrition challenges that are often in a form of a game. If for some reason you cannot do a challenge then they are modified to meet your needs. Often we do the challenge in a game form, we have BINGO and TIC TAC TOE or seasonally themed. For Winter we had Help Santa Fill His Sleigh, Run Rudolf Run and Super Bowl.
