Mediterranean Diet - Whole food, lots of plants, GF, modified carb cycling, minimal processed food and sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges.

Meal timing

- NO food after 6:30.

30+ minutes a day
~ST - YNY every day
~Cardio - treadmill, elliptical, Body Groove dancing, LS dvd, hiking!

    Hey, hey, hey!

    I'm so sorry I've been MIA. I've logged in for a little while here and there over the past couple of weeks but I have not been nearly as active as I used to.

    My exercising has fallen to the wayside but to compensate, my diet has finally taken off in the right direction and it's becoming increasingly simple to maintain it. Starting today I am going to be focusing on both diet AND fitness - I'm a part of the Biggest Loser challenge here on and I really want my team to do well!

    I had food poisoning last week that had me in bed all weekend. Thank GOD for Netflix as I watched the first three seasons from start to finish. Just one more to go!

    How have you been, sweetheart? Anything new and exciting in the life of you? I see you've lost a little over six pounds - that's so great! Congratulations!

    Because of my extremely unhealthy weekend I have lost a total of five pounds but I am fearful I will gain a few more once my appetite returns. I'll probably push myself too hard with cardio to make sure that that doesn't happen but as I always say, NO PAIN, NO GAIN!

    I'm going to be around much more often now that I have an active team that I have to support and get support from so you will be hearing from me a whole lot more!

    Keep up the AMAZING work and remember that YOU CAN DO IT!!!

    Welcome to Smart Carbing!! We are really happy that you joined us. We are a very friendly group and have many successful and knowledgeable members.
