Fall Wellness Plan

My Food Plan:
Mediterranean Diet - Whole food, lots of plants, GF, modified carb cycling, minimal processed food and sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges. MEASURE PORTIONS!!! TRACK!!!

Meal timing
- Largest meal at midday.
- NO food after 6:30.

My Movement Plan:
30+ minutes a day
~ST - YNY everyday - Additional ST MWF
~Cardio - treadmill, elliptical, Body Groove dancing, LS dvd, hiking
~Flexibility - Yoga
~Step goal 8,000+/day increasing to 10,000 Hit my goal of 1200 miles in 2020.

    Hey there, Bootcamp Buddy!

    Today is DAY 18 for the two of us! How are you feeling?

    Yesterday sounds like it went really, really well for you. I’m so glad! There was a lot of snow for both of us, it seems, but it definitely sounds like you got more than we did up here in Toronto! Isn’t it strange how Canada, the “big white country,” is having a milder winter than most of the U.S.A.? Go figure!

    You strained your back! That’s no good at all! If you don’t already, make sure you sleep on your back – it will help to alleviate tension and realign the spine. I’m habitually sleeping on my stomach but I’ve been working hard on forcing myself to sleep on my back and it’s starting to feel a LOT better, especially after days like today where the focus is on our core.

    Speaking of which! Here is what I’ll be doing today:

    CARDIOVASCULAR
    - 10-Minute Bootcamp Cardio Workout Video (10 minutes, 141 calories)
    - 10-Minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout Video (10 minutes, 141 calories)
    - 10-Minute Jump Rope Cardio Workout Video (10 minutes, 141 calories)
    - Swimming: general (30 minutes, 261 calories)

    CORE STRENGTH TRAINING
    - Bootcamp Video: Day 4
    - Bootcamp Video: Day 7
    - 10-Minute Crunchless Core Video
    - 12-Minute Pilates Abs Video

    As you can tell, I’m going a little bit crazy with this fitness regime. I’ve been seeing the most results around my midsection, though, so I want to continue to keep working hard to make sure they keep coming. On DAY 21 I’ll be adding in the 15-Minute Abs Workout Video.

    Thanks for the cocoa! Yes we are below freezing in Texas and expecting snow in Austin! This is our coldest in 20 years.
    I know we have not had it as bad as the rest of the country, but we are freaking out here!
