Fall Wellness Plan

My Food Plan:
Mediterranean Diet - Whole food, lots of plants, GF, modified carb cycling, minimal processed food and sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges. MEASURE PORTIONS!!! TRACK!!!

Meal timing
- Largest meal at midday.
- NO food after 6:30.

My Movement Plan:
30+ minutes a day
~ST - YNY everyday - Additional ST MWF
~Cardio - treadmill, elliptical, Body Groove dancing, LS dvd, hiking
~Flexibility - Yoga
~Step goal 8,000+/day increasing to 10,000 Hit my goal of 1200 miles in 2020.

    My friend does very well with her corn allergy. If you are interested I could send you the breakfast cookie recipe. It has brown sugar, oatmeal, flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, egg beaters, canola oil, pureed prunes, walnuts, raisins, and craraisns in it.

    Yay for new friends... :) Yep, I hear you on the self-imposed constraints. My hubby and I were watching some reruns of Dharma and Greg and I said "you know, if I hadn't gone through a lot of what I have in my life and tried to make everyone else happy, I really think her personality would be how I be naturally." Something to strive for! :D

    Bootcamp Buddy!

    We're finished! Holy cow!

    How did you do? How are you feeling? What are you doing next?

    I lost a total of three pounds. I cannot complain and I'm absolutely ecstatic at my progress. Two more pounds by the end of the month and I'm going to reward myself with some new yoga pants and a new sports bra. Woo hoo!

    Happy Valentine's Day! I hope your excellence from the Challenge has made your special day just that much more enjoyable! I hope you feel as sexy as you probably look! WOO!
