My Program:
Fall Wellness Plan

My Food Plan:
Mediterranean Diet - Whole food, lots of plants, GF, modified carb cycling, minimal processed food and sugar while staying within my calorie and nutrient ranges. MEASURE PORTIONS!!! TRACK!!!

Meal timing
- Largest meal at midday.
- NO food after 6:30.

My Movement Plan:
30+ minutes a day
~ST - YNY everyday - Additional ST MWF
~Cardio - treadmill, elliptical, Body Groove dancing, LS dvd, hiking
~Flexibility - Yoga
~Step goal 8,000+/day increasing to 10,000 Hit my goal of 1200 miles in 2020.

    A big hello from the No S Diet team! No S helped me turn my eating life around ten years ago, and I've also been quite involved on the original site. I love supporting others to find a systematic way to wean themselves off food that's not necessary for vitality and pleasure. It can take some tweaking to figure out just what needs to go on your plates, how big the plate should be, etc. but all successful losers adjust over time. The team is small but I think it's mighty! And I've found on Spark that a few loyal supporters and a venue to share is most successful. And it looks like you know Gill, who also has found the structure to be key. Please don't hesitate to come play with us!
