The No S Diet book isn't supposed to be needed, but it was my bible for a long time. I still have my copy, as you may have seen if you see the quotes I've started posting again on the wall. We all have so many cues to eat every day that I think it really helps to have something to " school" us in another way of thinking, the kind of thinking that would come naturally if we had been raised in a slim culture. It can become second nature after plenty of practice, which honestly is a lot more than a few weeks. But the time will pass anyway; might as well be learning a new way.
