Become more conscious of the nutritional value of the foods I eat.
Use what I learn from Sparkpeople to form healthy eating habits.
Loose weight and keep it off.
My Program:
Use the Food Tracker daily.
I read the food labels of everything to avoid unwanted calories.
Do some form of exercises daily. I enjoy walking indoors at my own convenience. I use Walk the Walk DVDs with Leslie Sansone. I closely monitor my sugar intake.
