The pink monkey bikini and the 5K - you've got to feed the fire to burn the fat.
It''s not what I did, but what I do next that will set the course for success. The bikini, it''s cute, pink, covered in monkeys and palm trees and sitting in the dresser drawer right now. I will wear it on the beach again.

My Goals:
My goals sounded simple until some health issues stopped me in my tracks. Eat well, track it, move it, lose it, do it. Now I am trying to gain back some strength lost while feeling crummy, but it's a process right?
My Program:
Following a hybrid of SparkPeople and Weight Watchers, adding winter exercise - snowshoeing, treadmill walking and strength training.
Personal Information:
I love to read, have three cats - Phoenix, Kitty and Baby Cat, am married to a wonderful man and live in the woods where we are regularly visited by deer, turkeys and too many racoons and chipmunks. My favorite vacation spot is a beach in Jamaica where I can spend the day in the water, walking the beach or sitting under a tree reading and relaxing. I think life without laughter is unacceptable.

I will pray for your return to good health. What pain and agony such a little thing like a kidney stone can cause!
Today is our daughter's birthday and I wrote to her that I hope January 9th, does not become a recurring time for hospitalization for me.
I pray that you will feel better soon and that all symptoms will be gone according to God's Will concerning you.
