Here I am, back again. I've been a SparkPeople member for almost 5 years now. When I'm tracking, I'm hitting my goals. When I think "Okay, I'm good" and stop tracking, I "get off track" and gain my weight back. During my 5-year journey, I've lost and gained weight. I've been 225lbs and 175lbs.

I'm recommitting to my goals for one big reason...I'm GETTING MARRIED! My fiance and I have made a pact to build a rock-solid foundation for our lives during our engagement, that includes our health.

My goals for this quarter:
- Lose 20 lbs (to 192lbs)
- Run a 9 minute mile
- Size 12 comfortably

My Program:

For now, I'm giving up:
- Ice Cream
- Sugary Juices (not ones that I make in the VitaMix)
- Taking "breaks"

*Look at my vision board every day

*Running training program (3 days running, 3 days cross training, 1 days rest)

*Herbalife Nutrition Program

*Eat more veggies and high protein/fiber foods and cut down on meats.

*Cut out unnecessary calories and drink more water.

*Visit SparkPeople at least 4x per week for motivation and to track my progress.

*Aim for losing about 1-2lbs per week
