I'm 77. another years has gone by, and I have decided that I am not going to focus on losing weight as much as I am going to improve my eating habits. I have asthma and am on a Cpap at night and can't walk long distances, I have had 3 surgeries on my left shoulder and now have a frozen shoulder, so that shoulders makes it difficult to do a lot of kind of exercises, so I do what I can, and if I lose a couple pounds that is a bonus, not a requirement.

I am a retired farmers wife. We do have some livestock, 2 miniatures horses, and 8 goats and right now we share the chores, me in the morning and hubby in the evening, but once field works start the chores are all my baby, and I do enjoy them.

I really don't have any big expectations, cause I am not one that likes setting goals. I just want to be as healthy as I can and enjoy life, and it doesn't mean spending hours and hours walking, running, working out in a smelly germ infested gym, I work hard on the farm and that has been the way it has been for many centuries, in my family, so I think it is good enough for me.
Honest work, and knowing I should not eat as much as I do, but it is all natural food, that means I don't eat boxed or store canned food unless it is unavoidable. If you read labels, some dogs and cats eat better than some do. If I can't pronounce it, I don't eat it.
So that said I have no goals, just honest living, and no beating myself up if I have a piece of pie.

I’m sure he’ll enjoy the custard. Paul is so easy to please too.

I rather like a little spiciness, but that was over the top. 😳 I’m not one to send back a meal unless it’s really bad or not what I ordered. We’ve just scratched that restaurant off our list. Fortunately, if we want to eat out, we have at least as many restaurants as we do parks. I’m making lox Benedict for husband’s Sunday breakfast the way a friend’s NY Jewish husband did it.

HI, Linda, I am trying to stay on the straight and narrow path today, tonight with my snacking! Wishing us both some luck and inner strength! emoticon emoticon

I haven’t had one hit me like this in years. My inner reserves need replenishing. The burning idea is a good one; I know because I’ve done it too.

Yes, it's why I shared my email address. We don't necessarily know what site we'll be on. I have no particular ties to the new Spark unless it meets my needs. Not a fan of how this shift was handled, dumping all but USA users.
